Who We Are and How We Work in Watervliet
We are a small crew that puts permanent lighting on homes, lights you run from an app and keep up year-round. Every job gets the care we would want on our own house. We arrive when we said we would, explain things in plain words, and leave the yard clean.
Why We Do This Work
Most people get tired of holiday lights the same way. You haul out the ladder in the cold, untangle strands, find the dead bulbs, then do it all again in reverse a few weeks later. Permanent lighting ends that chore. The lights stay on the house all year, and you change colors and schedules from an app on your phone.
We keep the business small on purpose. The person who looks at your roofline is part of the crew that does the install, so nothing gets lost between the quote and the job. If you ask a question on day one, you get the same straight answer on install day.
A lot of our work comes from people who saw a neighbor's lights and walked over to ask about them. That only happens when the job looks clean in daylight and works well at night. So we care about both. The track should sit tight to the trim, follow the lines of the house, and be hard to spot when the lights are off.
How We Treat Your Home
A quote you can read
We walk the roofline, measure it, and talk through where the lights should run and where power will come from. Then you get a written quote that lists what goes into the job. If something changes the price, we tell you before we start, not after.
Honest about what fits
Not every house needs lights on every edge. Sometimes the front roofline and the garage are plenty. We will tell you that, even when it means a smaller job for us.
Careful on the ladder and on the lawn
We set ladders with care, keep off your plantings, and pick up every clip, scrap and screw before we leave. You should not find leftover bits of our work in the grass next spring.
We finish with you, not just the lights
Before we pack up, we sit down with you and the app. You will set a schedule, try a few colors, and know how to make changes yourself. If something seems off later, call us and we will come take a look.
Where We Work
We are based in Watervliet and do permanent lighting work across the nearby Capital Region, including Troy, Green Island, Cohoes, Latham, Menands, Loudonville, Roessleville, Rensselaer, North Greenbush and Wynantskill. The lights we install are built for long winters and hot summers alike, so they look the same in January as they do in July. If you are not sure we cover your street, ask when you call.
